Terms of Use for Triply

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Triply ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Triply offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Triply Pro") that provide access to premium features including unlimited AI trip generation and social media imports.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content (trips, photos, reviews) you create within the App. By posting public content, you grant Triply a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. AI-Powered Features

Triply uses Google Gemini AI, a third-party service by Google LLC, to generate trip itineraries and analyze social media content. By consenting to AI features, you acknowledge that trip preferences and imported content may be sent to Google for processing. You can revoke this consent at any time via Profile settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to compromise the security of the application
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Triply makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
